Alif
systems-focused developer working across backend engineering, automation, and data-driven tooling.
Alif builds structured pipelines from unstructured sources. Through projects like discord-message-listener-project and discord-message-forwarder, he develops systems that capture, process, and redistribute data from real-time platforms such as Discord, handling embeds, attachments, and message flows with precision and control.
These systems are designed with reliability in mind, including deduplication logic, controlled forwarding, and structured storage using PostgreSQL. Rather than treating messages as raw text, his approach focuses on transforming inconsistent inputs into traceable and usable data.
He extends this approach into automation workflows through MoonX, a lightweight system that connects external data sources with publishing platforms. It retrieves daily astronomical data from a third-party API, transforms it into structured and localized content, and publishes it to X while storing metadata and reply chains in PostgreSQL.
His engineering approach is shaped by hands-on experience supporting production systems in enterprise environments, including containerized infrastructure, Linux-based systems, OpenShift environments, and large-scale data platforms.
Earlier in his career, he worked across server management, VoIP systems, and backend development using Python, Java, and PHP while contributing to projects in government and financial sectors. He has also worked end-to-end with clients on assessment, system configuration, customization, data migration, user training, and post-deployment support.
